Jim has been serving the Calgary community as a real estate associate since 2010.

"Everything I have done in the past, from teaching to developing and managing real estate projects, has lead to my career as a real estate agent.  I bring a lot of knowledge and life experience to the industry and try to pass that knowledge on to my clients"

After a twenty year teaching career followed by a successful online businesses, Jim began developing real estate in 2004. He has developed properties ranging from renovations and infills in Calgary to waterfront properties in BC and Central Alberta.

In 2008 he became the Executive Director of Business Development for a Calgary based developer where he devised and implemented marketing strategy and worked on the development of a two hundred unit condominium and townhouse project in Airdrie Alberta.

Jim has built homes and lived in a number of communities around Calgary as he climbed the steps of his own property ladder and has achieved the same in B.C.
