MEGA Open House Events

What we do:

We work with For Sale By Owners* to host our "MEGA Open House Events" and create buyer traffic through the sellers house. This is a win-win for both us and the seller.

*This is not an agency relationship, we do not provide advice to the seller and there are no written contracts or obligations on the part of the seller.

1. We pick specific “For Sale By Owner” locations where we believe we can create high buyer traffic.
2. We work with the seller to host a one-day open house event
3. We advertise online and locally to promote the event and create as much buyer traffic as possible
4. We create a WIN-WIN for the seller and our team. Not all of the traffic we create will be interested in buying the seller's house. We capture these leads and eventually, many will become our clients.
5. When we draw a potential buyer, we have the buyer prequalified by our on site broker and work quickly to help the buyer remove conditions and firm up the purchase.

Features:

• Targeted Facebook advertising to draw traffic on the day of the open house
• Mortgage broker from one of the major banks will be on site  to prequalify all buyers
• Help with staging the property prior to the open house
• Up to 24 directional signs pointing the way and on site banners and flags to draw local house hunter traffic
• Open houses run for 21/2 hours from 2:00 PM to 4:30 PM during peak weekend buyer traffic
